How a Zendesk health check works:
- Send an email to hei@kundelab.no, or fill in the contact form and request a free health check
- We will book you in for a meeting on Teams
- Kundelab gets access to the Zendesk account
- A Zendesk-certified consultant from Kundelab analyzes the account
- The consultant will prepare a report with concrete suggestions for improvements, which will be sent to you by e-mail
Moving forward:
The report will include links to articles explaining how to troubleshoot errors and optimize your account independently. If you prefer to engage Kundelab to address these issues, you can submit an order for specific measures. Subsequently, you will receive an estimate that needs to be approved before we start.
