Alice Scharrer
Senior Consultant
Alice Scharrer has recently joined the team at Kundelab, bringing with her a broad range of experience in customer service and project management. With several years as a Customer Support Team Leader at both Active Brands AS and Publikat GmbH (SIGNA Sports United), Alice has developed strong analytical skills and deep expertise in customer satisfaction. Her technical skills span from business solutions like 3CX and Salesforce Commerce Cloud to project tools such as JIRA and Confluence, equipping her to lead and enhance customer service processes effectively.
Alice also has experience with a variety of business administration tools, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and Zendesk. She has a keen eye for detail and is driven by a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
