Kundelab uses subcontractors and digital partners to deliver our products and services, analyse usage and carry out marketing. Information is shared with these providers for the purposes described in this privacy policy.

Kundelab does not collect personal data such as social security number and date of birth. Example of information obtained from forms on websites, or e-mail and telephone:

Kundelab uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website. This includes statistics, user journeys, heatmaps and behavioural analytics. The information is used to improve our website, user experience and services.

We also use HubSpot for website functionality, analytics and following up on enquiries, as well as Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure and tailor our marketing.

Storage and deletion

According to Section 28 of the Personal Data Act, information that is no longer necessary based on the purpose for which it was stored must be deleted. Kundelab stores personal data in accordance with the legislation currently in force.


Rights

In accordance with Section 18 of the Personal Data Act, you have a right to access the information that has been registered. Access can be obtained by sending a written inquiry to Kundelab, by the general manager. If the registered information is not correct or incomplete, you can demand that it be corrected in accordance with Section 27 of the Personal Data Act. Where the processing of personal data is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time.


Complaints

If you believe that Kundelab has not respected your rights in accordance with the Personal Data Act, you have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
